BREAKFASTS – SWEDISH BUFFET

HOT BUFFET

  • Two hot dishes: (I dish: scrambled eggs fried in butter, II dish: e.g. Canadian hot dogs, Frankfurters, apple cakes, pineapple cakes, fruit pancakes, cheese pancakes)

COLD BUFFET

  • Polish cold meats
  • Granulated cottage cheese or curd (with chive)
  • Processed cheese
  • Hard cheese and smoked cheese
  • Mold cheese
  • Hard-boiled eggs or egg paste
  • Apricot, plum, cherry and strawberry marmalade
