Extraordinary conferences
Open-air conferences, integration parties on a beach, simultaneous trainings in several rooms... It is difficult to imagine a place which would be better prepared for conference organisation than the PROMENADA Conference and Recreation Centre, situated just outside Warsaw. Its conference facilities consist of 10 professional conference rooms, which can accommodate from 10 up to 170 participants. Each of the rooms is provided with Internet facilities, the room dimming option and high-quality audiovisual and multimedia equipment. Modern approach to business offers the opportunity of rearranging the layout of each room according to the conference needs. PROMENADA, apart from the necessary conference equipment, such as televisions, video recorders, screens, flipcharts, boards and overhead and slide projectors, offers highly trained staff, who help in the preparation of trainings and integration parties as well as resolve any organisational problems.
